MORAWA SPORTS OVAL

Public BBQ

Stumbled upon this gem while passing through Morawa - a proper community sports oval that doubles as a brilliant BBQ spot for families. The barbecue facilities sit conveniently alongside the expansive oval, perfect for a weekend cookup while the kids kick a footy around. What struck me most was the thoughtful layout - decent parking spots right nearby (no trudging across fields with esky and supplies), and the toilets are genuinely close enough that you won't abandon your sausages mid-cook. It's the sort of unpretentious local spot where you can fire up the barbie, watch some sport, and actually enjoy yourself without any fuss. Ideal for families wanting space to spread out and properly relax.
