Stumbled upon this gem while passing through Morawa - a proper community sports oval that doubles as a brilliant BBQ spot for families. The barbecue facilities sit conveniently alongside the expansive oval, perfect for a weekend cookup while the kids kick a footy around. What struck me most was the thoughtful layout - decent parking spots right nearby (no trudging across fields with esky and supplies), and the toilets are genuinely close enough that you won't abandon your sausages mid-cook. Generally, it is permissible to utilize your own gas BBQ, provided it remains under continuous supervision. However, the usage of Charcoal BBQ's is typically restricted, with the exception of parks equipped with designated charcoal disposal bins.
